LINK2CARE® – WATCH2CARE® 中西醫智能手錶保修條款 

 

感謝您選購LINK2CARE® – WATCH2CARE® 中西醫智能手錶(以下簡稱「本品」)。在用本品前,請您仔細讀以下保修條款(以下簡稱「本條款」)。 

 

一、保修總則 

1.1 本條款僅適用於從LINK2CARE®官方授權管道購買的品。 

1.2 請妥善保管購機發票或有效購買憑證,作為保修期限的依據。如無法出示,則以品機身序列號所對應的出廠日期順延90天計算保修期。 

1.3 本條款未盡事宜,應依照您購買所在地的相關法律法規執行。 

1.4 LINK2CARE® 服務中心擁有本條款至一切最終解釋權。

 

二、保修期限 

2.1 整機保修期:自購買之日起,提供壹年(12個月)的免費保修服務。 

2.2 電池保修期:若電池在正常使用情況下最大容量衰減至原始容量的50%以下,可提供免費保修。若未達此標準,則屬於正常損耗,不在保修範圍 

2.3 錶帶等配件保修:隨包裝附贈的錶帶享受三個月(90天)的保修。此保修僅針對材質或工藝缺陷,不包括正常使用造成的磨損、掉色或老化。 

 

三、保障範圍 

本保修涵蓋自購買之日起的材料和工藝缺陷。 

在正常使用情況下,因材料質量或生工藝缺陷而導致的以下故障,屬於免費保修範圍: 

- 手錶主機無法開機或無故重 

- 螢幕顯示異常(如亮斑、暗斑、線條、閃屏等)。 

- 感測器(如心率、血氧、體溫感測器)完全失效。 

- 按鍵失靈或充電接口故障 (不包括充電接口污漬,而導致充電不良, 需要正常清潔) 

- 機身開膠裂縫(非人為損壞)。 

 

四、非保修範圍(重要) 

以下情況導致的品故障或損壞不在免費保修範圍,如需維修將收取相關費用: 

4.1 人為損壞與意外事件: 

- 任何形式的螢幕破裂、刮花。 

- 品進液或受潮(如汗水、雨水、海水侵入導致的腐蝕),以及因高溫高濕環境使用(如桑拿房、熱水淋浴)導致的損壞。 

- 品受到撞擊、摔落、擠壓或燒蝕等物理損傷。 

- 因不可抗力(如火災、水災、地震、雷擊)造成的損壞。 

 

4.2 使用與保養不當: 

- 使用非LINK2CARE®官方配件(如充電器、充電線)導致的損壞。 

- 未按照明書的要求進行操作或保管。 

- 正常使用造成的外觀磨損、輕微劃痕、顏色褪色。 

 

4.3 自行改裝與未授權維修: 

- 任何由非LINK2CARE®官方授權的維修人員進行拆卸、修理或改裝造成的損壞。 

 

4.4 健康功能免責聲明(核心條款): 

- 品的健康監測功能(如心率、血氧、睡眠分析、五臟健康趨勢評估)僅為日常健康管理提供參考數據,並非醫療診斷設備。 

- 不可將監測數據作為診斷疾病、服藥或其他醫療決策的唯一依據。如您感到身體不適,請務必諮詢專業醫生或中醫師,並使用標準醫療設備檢測。 

- LINK2CARE®不對因依賴本品健康數據而可能生的任何直接或間接後果負責。 

 

五、數據收集免責聲明 

如果智能手錶未收集數據(如睡眠數據、活動追蹤),此情況並不自動表示品存在缺陷。數據缺失可能由以下因素導致: 

- 使用者設置或偏好。 

- 環境條件的影響。 

- 手表軟體和應用程式更新或相容性問題。 

 

六、評估流程 

如果您認為您的智能手錶無法正常工作,請聯繫我們的客服進行評估。我們將對設備進行全面檢測,以確定是否在保修範圍 

 

、保修流程 

7.1 聯繫客服:如品發生故障,請首先通過LINK2CARE®官方APP或客服熱線聯繫技術支持團隊,進行遠程故障診斷。

7.2 送修:若需送修,請將品及發票複印件寄至指定售後地址,並使用原包裝或防震材料妥善包裝。 

7.3 檢測與報價:售後中心收到品後將進行檢測。保修範圍的故障將免費維修;非保修範圍的故障將提供報價,經您同意後再進行維修。

7.4 維修完成:維修後,我們將盡快將品寄回。

 

八、其他 

8.1 保修服務不包含數據恢復。在送修前,請務必自行備份手錶的重要數據。LINK2CARE®不對維修過程中可能造成的數據丟失負責。

8.2 維修更換的缺陷部件歸LINK2CARE®所有。

8.3 保修期經維修後的部件,其保修期自維修完成之日起重新計算壹年。

LINK2CARE® – WATCH2CARE® Warranty Terms

Thank you for purchasing the LINK2CARE® – WATCH2CARE® Smartwatch (hereinafter referred to as "the Product"). Before using this Product, please read the following warranty terms (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") carefully.

1. General Warranty Provisions

1.1 These Terms apply only to products purchased through official authorized channels of LINK2CARE®.
1.2 Please keep the purchase invoice or valid proof of purchase as the basis for the warranty period. If unavailable, the warranty period will be calculated based on the product's serial number and extended by 90 days from the manufacturing date.
1.3 For matters not covered by these Terms, the relevant laws and regulations of the purchase location shall apply.
1.4 The LINK2CARE® Customer Service Center holds final interpretation rights over these Terms.

2. Warranty Period

2.1 Overall Warranty Period: A one-year (12 months) free warranty service from the date of purchase.
2.2 Battery Warranty Period: Free warranty if the battery's maximum capacity decreases to below 50% of its original capacity under normal use. If not, it is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered.
2.3 Accessory Warranty: Straps included with the packaging enjoy a three-month (90 days) warranty. This warranty covers material or workmanship defects only, excluding normal wear, fading, or aging.

3. Coverage

This warranty covers material and workmanship defects from the date of purchase. Under normal use, the following failures due to material quality or production process defects are covered by the free warranty:

  • The smartwatch fails to power on or restarts unexpectedly.
  • Abnormal display (such as bright spots, dark spots, lines, flickering, etc.).
  • Complete failure of sensors (e.g., heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature sensors).
  • Key malfunctions or charging interface failures (excluding charging interface dirt causing poor charging, which needs normal cleaning).
  • Body separation or cracks (not caused by human damage).

4. Non-Warranty Scope (Important)

Product failures or damages caused by the following situations are not within the free warranty scope and will incur repair fees:
4.1 Human Damage and Accidental Events:

  • Any form of screen breakage or scratching.
  • Liquid damage or moisture (such as corrosion from sweat, rain, or seawater) and damage caused by use in high-temperature and high-humidity environments (like saunas, hot showers).
  • Physical damage from impact, drops, compression, or burning.
  • Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., fire, flood, earthquake, lightning).

4.2 Improper Use and Maintenance:

  • Damage caused by using non-LINK2CARE® official accessories (like chargers, charging cables).
  • Not operating or storing the product as instructed in the manual.
  • Normal wear from usage, minor scratches, or color fading.

4.3 Unauthorized Modifications and Repairs:

  • Damage caused by disassembly, repair, or modification by unauthorized personnel.

4.4 Health Function Disclaimer (Core Clause):

  • The health monitoring functions of this product (such as heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep analysis, and organ health trend assessment) are for daily health management reference only and are not medical diagnostic equipment.
  • Monitoring data should not be solely relied upon for diagnosing diseases, medication, or other medical decisions. If you feel unwell, please consult a professional doctor or TCM practitioner and use standard medical equipment for testing.
  • LINK2CARE® is not liable for any direct or indirect consequences resulting from reliance on health data from this product.

5. Data Collection Disclaimer

If the smartwatch fails to collect data (e.g., sleep data, activity tracking), this does not automatically indicate a defect. Data absence may result from:

  • User settings or preferences.
  • Environmental conditions.
  • Software and application updates or compatibility issues.

6. Assessment Process

If you believe your smartwatch is not functioning properly, please contact our customer service for an assessment. We will conduct a comprehensive inspection of the device to determine if it falls within the warranty scope.

7. Warranty Process

7.1 Contact Customer Service: If the product malfunctions, please first contact the technical support team via the LINK2CARE® official app or customer service hotline for remote troubleshooting. 
7.2 Return for Repair: If repair is needed, please send the product and a copy of the invoice to the designated after-sales address, properly packaged using the original packaging or cushioning materials.
7.3 Inspection and Quotation: After receiving the product, the after-sales center will conduct an inspection. Failures within the warranty scope will be repaired for free; those outside will receive a quotation for your agreement before repair.
7.4 Repair Completion: After repair, we will return the product as soon as possible.

8. Other Notes

8.1 Warranty service does not include data recovery. Please back up important data on the smartwatch before sending it for repair. LINK2CARE® is not responsible for any data loss that may occur during the repair process.
8.2 Defective parts replaced during repair become the property of LINK2CARE®.
8.3 The warranty period for repaired components is recalculated to one year from the date of repair completion.
