Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
About Watch2Care Vital & Our Technology
What is the Watch2Care Vital Smartwatch?
The Watch2Care Vital is an advanced smartwatch that seamlessly combines cutting-edge biometric monitoring with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. It continuously tracks vital health data and leverages AI to provide a personalized Health Score and actionable insights to proactively enhance your well-being.
What makes Watch2Care Vital different from other smartwatches?
Our key differentiator is our strong focus on preventive healthcare through the unique integration of TCM principles with modern biometrics. The Watch2Care Vital actively monitors your health using both advanced modern biometrics and TCM 5-organ and pulse diagnosis principles. This enables you to identify potential health risks early, empowering you to implement personalized lifestyle changes and strategies to mitigate these risks before they develop into more serious health issues. We go beyond basic activity tracking to offer a comprehensive health report with actionable recommendations, empowering you to proactively manage and improve your long-term well-being.
How does the Health Score work?
The Health Score is generated daily by our AI platform, which analyzes the biometric data collected by your Watch2Care Vital in accordance with TCM principles. Results are based on a scale of 0 to 100. With the TCM Report, You receive an Overall Health Score, Sub-Scores for each of the Five Organs, as well as a score for each Organ Function Metric.
The Health Score uses a clear color-coded system:
- Green (80-100): Represents a perfectly healthy condition, indicating optimal well-being. No specific recommendations are typically provided for scores in this range.
- Blue (70-79): Indicates a normal and healthy range.
- Yellow (60-69): Is at the lower end of the normal range, suggesting areas for potential improvement.
- Red (under 59): Signals a potential health concern that warrants attention.
Actionable Recommendations:
- For scores between 41-79, the FitVibe app provides personalized suggestions to help you improve your health. These recommendations encompass diverse strategies such as traditional Chinese medicine recipes (soups or meals), lifestyle adjustments (e.g., increased exercise, prioritizing sleep, travel), and practical tips like drinking more water, trying acupressure, or specific massage techniques.
- For scores under 40, the system advises you to consult a doctor for a professional medical assessment.
Understanding Your Trends: You may observe immediate day-to-day effects on your health score; for example, poor sleep or heavy drinking can lead to a lower score, while exercise might improve it. However, daily scores can fluctuate significantly. It's crucial to focus on the longer-term trend rather than stressing over every single red score. A score that is red one day might return to blue or green the next with minor adjustments. If you notice a particular score consistently remains in the red for days or weeks, even after implementing the app's suggestions, this could signal a potential health concern that warrants further investigation.
Is the Watch2Care Vital approved by medical professionals?
While the Watch2Care Vital was developed in collaboration with leading medical experts, it is designed as a wellness and lifestyle device for personal health tracking and insights, strongly supporting preventive care. It is not a medical device and should not be used for diagnosis or treatment of any disease. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

When should I wear my Watch2Care Vital? Do I need to wear it when I sleep?
For the most comprehensive and accurate health insights, we recommend wearing your Watch2Care Vital continuously, day and night.
Consistent, uninterrupted wear across all phases of your day is critical. This means wearing the watch when you are:
- Sleeping: To track sleep quality, stages, and crucial nocturnal vitals.
- Awake and at rest: To monitor baseline vitals and daily stress levels.
- Engaging in physical activity: To accurately measure exertion, heart rate response, and recovery.
Our advanced AI algorithm requires sufficient data points over enough time for each of these phases to paint an accurate and comprehensive picture of your health. This holistic data set is essential for generating your personalized daily TCM report and precise Health Score.
Specifically, to ensure enough data for your daily report, you should:
- Wear the watch for over 18 hours within each 24-hour period.
- Avoid going without wearing the watch for longer than 4 continuous hours during that period.

Your Watch2Care Vital continuously monitors your health to provide a personalized TCM Report every day.

- Once data transfer for the day is complete, your TCM Report is typically generated within 5-10 minutes in the app.
What health metrics does the Watch2Care Vital monitor?
The Watch2Care Vital provides comprehensive, continuous monitoring of key vitals and health metrics, including:
- Heart Rate
- Heart Rate Variability (HRV)
- Blood Oxygen (SpO2)
- Skin Temperature

- Activity Tracking (steps, calories, distance)
Beyond these core metrics, our advanced AI algorithm performs deep data analysis to monitor a total of 19 health indicators, such as session volume load, gross left atrium, global sympathetic drive, and cardiac electromechanical chaos. Furthermore, it assesses 15 TCM Organ Function Metrics, including blood viscosity, biological rhythm, mental state, and blood pressure compliance.
While you have the option to monitor many of these indicators individually, the Watch2Care Vital truly shines by doing the heavy lifting for you. Our daily health report, powered by this deep analysis, provides a personalized, easy-to-understand summary of what you need to pay attention to and offers actionable strategies to improve your overall well-being.

Troubleshooting & Maintenance
Why haven’t I received my TCM Report after 24 hours?
There are a few common reasons why your TCM Report might not be generated, even after the 24-hour data-collection period has lapsed. Our AI algorithm requires sufficient and valid data to produce an accurate report. Please check the following:
- Improper Wear:
- Fit: Ensure your watch is worn snugly, but comfortably, on your wrist – typically just above the wrist bone. If it's too loose, the optical sensors on the back might not maintain consistent contact with your skin, leading to inaccurate readings. If it's worn too tightly, readings might also be inaccurate due to constricted blood flow.
- Sensor Contact: Check that the green lights from the watch's sensor are not visible escaping from the sides. If you can see these lights, it means the sensor is not fully touching your skin, leading to invalid data. Adjust the strap for a better fit.
- Dirty or Oily Sensors:
- Over time, sweat, skin oils, dust, or lotions can accumulate on the watch's sensors, affecting their accuracy.
- Solution: Regularly clean the back of your Watch2Care Vital and its sensors. You can gently wipe it with a soft, damp cloth and plain water. For a deeper clean, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by a thorough rinse with plain water and complete drying before wearing it again.
- Data Sync Issues:
- Ensure your Watch2Care Vital is properly paired and connected to the FitVibe app via Bluetooth on your smartphone.
- Make sure the FitVibe app and your Watch2Care Vital are both updated to the latest firmware version.
- Insufficient Wear Duration (for Daily TCM Reports):
- For a consistent daily TCM Report, ensure you wear your Watch2Care Vital for over 18 hours within each 24-hour period.
- Also, try to avoid going without wearing the watch for longer than 4 continuous hours during that period.
- Watch Battery Level:
- Some functions, including data transfer, may be limited if the watch battery runs critically low. Ensure your watch is sufficiently charged.
- Poor Internet Connection:
- A stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data) is required for the FitVibe app to function properly and process your data into a report.
If you've checked all these points and are still not receiving your TCM Report, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.
My Watch2Care Vital isn't charging. What should I do?
Please check the following if your Watch2Care Vital isn't charging:
- Ensure the charging pins on the back of the watch and the magnetic charging cable are clean and free of oil or debris.
- Make sure the magnetic charger is correctly attached to the watch, with the pins fully aligned.
- Try using a different USB power adapter or USB port (e.g., on a computer) to rule out an issue with the power source.
If the issue persists, please contact our customer support.
How do I clean my Watch2Care Vital and its straps?
- Watch Case: Gently wipe using a damp cloth with plain water. If necessary, wash with soap and water.
- Silicone/Elastic Bands: Can be washed with mild soap and water, then rinsed thoroughly and air-dried.
- Leather Straps: Wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid excessive moisture, direct sunlight, and harsh chemicals, as these can damage the leather.
My watch is not turning on.
If your Watch2Care Vital is not turning on:
- Ensure the watch is fully charged by connecting it to the charger for at least 30 minutes.
- Press and hold the power button (usually on the side) for 10-15 seconds to attempt a forced restart.
- If it still doesn't turn on, please contact customer support.
